The CF-VNP004U is a Large Stylus Pen, it is more like a real pen but will not fit into the Toughbooks pen holder.  This Touchscreen pen will work on all Panasonic Toughbooks that have Touchscreen but not the Digitizer or Dual Touchscreens.  Although this pen comes with a Tether Hole it does not ship with a Tether, if you don't have your original Tether that came with the Toughbook you can purchase one on our site by searching Tether to see the available options we have for Tethers, there are different Tethers for the different Toughbooks.
