Shipping Policies and Information

Most standard units are kept in stock and will ship in 1-2 business days pending order fraud screening and processing, backordered laptops and custom/special configurations including integrated broadband and integrated options (IE backlit keyboard or GPS) are considered special orders and will delay delivery. Some accessories, especially accessories for discontinued models of Toughbooks may not be readily available to ship and could take some time to get. We make every effort to update you on the status of your order as soon as your order is received. In the case where you must have the order right away, please email us to confirm your item is in stock and ready to ship.

Billing Policies and Information

Credit Card Billing Laptops
Your credit card will typically be billed the day your order is received if your laptop is in stock and ready to ship, credit card billing for custom configured laptops will always happen once we place the order with Panasonic and they have accepted the order (usually the same day). Once the card has been charged and the order has been accepted by Panasonic Custom Configured laptops cannot be refunded or canceled. If a laptop is on backorder we will treat this as a special order and charge the credit card once the order is placed and accepted at Panasonic and update you with an ETS from Panasonic once we have one.

Credit Card Billing Accessories
If you place an order for an accessory that we don't have in stock, it is our policy not to bill the card until the item is ready to ship and we will make every effort to give you up to date ETAs on all orders, we rely on Panasonic for this information and ETS or ETAs are just estimates not a guarantee of shipment or delivery.

Check/Money Orders
Check/Money Orders will be processed when the payment clears at the discretion of our accounting department, you can email or call any time to check the status of orders and billing.

If you are a government, school or large/enterprise/fortune 500 company you can fax purchase orders to 952-882-9889.
