Our goal at Rapid Access is to be very easy to work with for all of our customers. We realize that some of our customers may need to obtain a quote because of the purchasing process they use so we have made it even easier to get a quote from us.

Ways to Request a Toughbook Quote from Rapid Access

• By Fax - You can send quote request to us via fax by faxing your RFQ to 1-856-243-8305
• By Email - You can use our Contact Us page to send us a quote request via email
• By Shopping Cart - You can add any items you are looking to get quoted to your shopping cart and then click request a quote (button to the bottom right of the shopping cart page)
• By Phone - You can contact us by phone any time to speak to a sales representative and obtain a quote

We strive to process quote requests quickly and will typically have your quote ready in 2 hours during normal business hours (M-F 8-5 CST). We will also include any discounts that apply to your order in the quote. If you are requesting a quote on a larger quantity order (toughbook orders where there is 20+ in the RFQ) or the RFQ you are sending is very large or requires extra information from our company please allow extra time for us to complete it. You can call us any time to find out the status of your quote.
